As a Customer Solutions Engineer (and former Data Engineer and Product Manager), I’ve worked on hundreds of use cases. This experience taught me how to foster clear, efficient communication and keep strategic initiatives on track. Technical skill is essential — but so is knowing where the puck is going.
I hold a Master's in Data Science from Northwestern University, where I focused my research on identifying optimal embedding strategies for business applications.
